Democrats Introduce Cuba Leash Bill After White House Buys Bigger Map

Senate Democrats unveiled the Cuba Restraint and Clipboard Accountability Act, requiring the White House to file Form CUBA-9 before touching any diplomatic knob labeled “maximum pressure.”

The bill creates a court-review lane, a 72-hour cooling drawer, and a red stamp reading “Sir, This Is Still Foreign Policy,” stored beside the China binder and Supreme Court snack tray.

“We are restoring normal order to whatever this is,” said one committee aide, pointing at a timesheet shaped like Florida.

White House aides countered with a 14-tab chart proving Cuba policy is too sensitive for Congress but apparently sturdy enough for cable graphics.
